Kazuhiko Kato was born on 21 March 1947 in Kyoto, Japan. He was a composer and actor, known for Pacchigi! (2004), Bakumatsu seishun graffiti: Ronin Sakamoto Ryoma (1986) and Tantei monogatari (1983). He died on 17 October 2009 in Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan.
