Songwriter ("Do You Ever Think of Me?", "Paradise"), author and lawyer,
educated at the Albany Law School (LL.B.), and a charter member of
AGAC. He practised law until 1920, and joined ASCAP in 1922. His other
popular-song compositions include "Neapolitan Nights", "Love Me",
"Counting the Days", "Have You Forgotten?", and "That's My
Girl".
