- Her favorite martial-arts weapon is the "Kama", or paired sickles.
- She is the creator of "Kick-Butt", an aerobics/martial-arts system similar to Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo. Krasnoo's program was initially known as "Kick-Butt Kickboxing", but she ultimately shortened the name; Mouse admits that kickboxing is actually the mere "tip of the iceberg", and that Kick-Butt encompasses far more than this.
- Is currently a fifth degree black belt master in Tang Soo Do Karate.
- In addition to her black belt in American Tang Soo Do, she also holds black belt ranks in Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate, Korean Tae Kwon Do, and a black sash in Chinese Wushu.
- Sister of Jamie Krasnoo; their father was Bernie Krasnoo.
- She has produced, and stars in, a 4-volume martial-arts workout-video which covers weapons-training (among much else). It is available only on VHS; Mouse is trying to get it released on DVD.
- She is a weapons expert, a 2nd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, and a retired competitive-karate champion.
- Although uncredited, she portrayed a karate student in the dojo scenes for the original No Retreat, No Surrender (1985). The Krasnoo family's martial-arts studio was used for the filming of this movie.
- Her father, the late Bernie Krasnoo, owned the famous Sherman Oaks Karate Studio -- founded by Chuck Norris -- in Encino, California.
- Her famous nickname is taken from the squeak-like "fighting yell" she emitted in martial-arts classes as a child.
