Department of Defense on Friday released the first images of the utility uniforms for the newly announced division of the U.S. military, Space Force — and the online reaction has not been good.
Specifically, the Twitterverse has mocked the use of camouflage in the design — since space is not exactly known for an abundance of trees for soldiers to blend in with.

“Are they fighting on the forest moon of Endor?” sci-fi author Chuck Wendig asked, referencing the wooded “Star Wars” locale that is home to adorable Ewoks and the gravesite of Darth Vader himself.
Endor soon became a trending topic on Twitter as other fans weighed in with puzzlement about the new designs.

Corey Swanson has problems. He’s almost 30, still lives in his mom’s basement, doesn’t date, and his career amounts to slicing meat in an archaic deli that no one ever comes to – unless they want to rob it. After a chance encounter with a popular former classmate, Corey learns that his high school crush Sheena Halliday will soon be in town for their 10-year reunion. Sheena, now a world-famous athlete, has been dubbed “the Lindsay Lohan of the wrestling world”. She twists and pounds people into oblivion for a living – the same thing she did to Corey’s heart back in high school. Corey puts his broken heart (and punched face) aside,...

Between Rayna's road spats with Juliette, Teddy walking out on her, Avery gloriously failing at life and Liam's general smarminess, Nashville was really on a roll until that last uneventful dud of an episode aired. Luckily, that snooze-fest was merely a hiccup. Nothing like some tabloid controversy, celebrity cameos, a relapse into alcohol addiction and the show's first death to get the drama back into gear on what was Nashville's darkest, heaviest tearjerker to date. And all in an episode that centered on a party? Even better.

There was a strange air of mystery surrounding Movie 43 before it was released. It wasn’t screened for critics or given any previews and so nobody was quite sure what to expect once it was unleashed. It turns out the only real mystery surrounding this movie is how the hell anybody managed to convince the stellar cast to take part in such a colossal misstep.
The basic set up is thus, a pair of teenage boys attempt to play a prank on one of their little brothers which sees them convincing him that the sickest movie ever made exists in some far-flung corner of the internet and he has to help them find it. Its name, Movie 43. While he’s doing that, they will steal his laptop and infect it with a wealth of viruses by visiting various porn sites. However, it turns out that Movie 43 may...

Jason Long was a general manager for The Melting Pot. When a reality show came calling, he thought he was competing against a fellow employee for a big promotion within the company. But A&E's "Be the Boss" had a surprise up his sleeve. When he won the competition, there was no promotion waiting for him.
There was a restaurant. Jason was awarded his own Melting Pot restaurant, and it was evident that this opportunity would change his life.
"This is the most amazing thing that’s ever happened to me, and probably will ever happen to me in my entire life," he said. "I’m not going to live in a 12 x 14 square anymore. I'm not going to have to sleep on the floor anymore.”
He was excited for the chance to be his own boss, and vowed that he would be "the best boss anybody's ever, ever had.

Do the dead live, or are the living dead? What does it mean to be dead anyway? Great questions, but I’m not sure if Agnieszka Wojtowicz really manages to answer them. After.life is her first feature, a psychological thriller, and despite some top notch talent in the persons of Liam Neeson, Christina Ricci and Jason Long, the film never lives up to potential. Liam Neeson’s performance as scary funeral director guy is the saving grace.
Anna (Christina Ricci) wakes up after a car accident and finds herself being prepared for burial in Eliot Deacon’s (Liam Neeson) funeral home. It seems that Eliot has a gift for conversing with the dead, and that’s why he can talk with her. He tells us that his role...

To bring us into Halloween I thought I would do a daring deed and take on Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers and Freddy Krueger in a no holds bared face off (literally) where I have watched the entire back catalogue of their films to determine once and for all who is champion slasher
The three killers have haunted us through our childhoods with each horror legend bringing us movies which have completely terrified and equally bemused us with poor sequels and terrible plots
Beware pictures of blood, gore, slight nudity and terrible acting to follow.
I begin with Part one of the Halloween Special and start with Friday the 13th and Jason Voorhees, one of the most iconic horror villains of all time sporting the classic hockey mask and machete, Jason Voorhees has become a vastly popular member of the horror circle and would be up there with Dracula, Frankstein’s...
