- April 1999: Got saved and became a Christian. He retired from Gangster Rap and has since become a Christian rapper.
- Briefly recorded and toured with G-Unit Records, but Sean 'Diddy' Combs (aka "Diddy") never relieved him of his Bad Boy Records contract, causing tension with 50 Cent. After releasing a few mixtapes, Mase decided to once again put his 'Murda Mase' moniker behind him.
- Left Sean 'Diddy' Combs (aka "P Diddy") and Bad Boy Records to sign for G-Unit Records and 50 Cent. (March 2006)
- Mase is now a pastor at El Elyon International Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
- In 2010 Mase released his book "Revelations: There's a Light After the Lime".
- Mase's debut Christian album "Welcome Back" is the first one to not have a Parental Advisory warning.
- After taking a five year absence from rap, he released a new album titled "Welcome Back" for the Bad Boy label in 2004.
- Signed with Rich Fish Records and is working on releasing his new album "Now We Even".
- Back in the music busniess. Released a new music video/single. (July 2004)
