Tia Mowry is heading back to reality television. The Sister, Sister star is to front Tia Mowry: My Next Act for AMC Network’s WEtv.
She previously starred in The Style Network’s reality series Tia & Tamera alongside her twin sister.
It comes after Mowry and her husband, Cory Hardrict finalized their divorce last year.
The news came out as part of AMC Networks’ 2024 Upfronts Presentation taking place today in New York.
The series will follow Mowry as she experiences what life is like for the first time on her own, having previously worked so closely with her sister and then getting married. It will follow her as she’s newly single, dealing with motherhood and juggling her busy life.
Mowry most recently starred in Netflix series Family Reunion and recently published her second cookbook, The Quick Fix Kitchen.

Jesse Collins Entertainment President Dionne Harmon announced today that John Wehage has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Head of Production of the full-service Emmy-winning production company. Karen Grant-Selma will lead the company’s in-house legal team as Executive Vice President, Head of Business & Legal Affairs. Both will report to Harmon.
Wehage will oversee the physical production of all of the company’s specials, scripted and unscripted television content. BET has announced its upcoming docuseries special from Gabrielle Union titled, “My Journey to 50.” The two-part special serves as Union’s first project to come from her overall deal with the company, which was announced last June.

Some of Marlon Wayans’ celebrity friends will be challenged to face their biggest fears in VR in a new original series for Meta. Oh Hell No…with Marlon Wayans is set to premiere Wednesday, October 26.
Hosted by Wayans, the six-episode series, executive produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, will debut will one episode weekly at 9 am Pt/12 pm Et on Wayans’ Facebook and Instagram pages. Additionally, Meta Quest 2 users can view the series’ exclusive immersive VR experience on Meta Quest TV.
Using a Meta Quest 2 VR headset, celeb guests Anthony Anderson, Kelly Rowland, Bryce Hall, Nikki Bella & Brie Bella, Loren Gray, and Loni Love will confront their fears of phasmophobia (ghosts), galeophobia (ocean/sharks), aerophobia (flying), acrophobia (heights), claustrophobia (confined spaces), and zoophobia (animals).

A producer on the E! reality show “The Bradshaw Bunch” has filed a gender discrimination suit, alleging that he was fired because the network wanted a “female voice” in his job.
Michael Call worked as a co-executive producer on the first season of the unscripted series, which chronicles the home life of NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw. The show — which returns for a second season this fall — features Bradshaw’s wife, two daughters and stepdaughter.
Call had worked on several unscripted shows, including as a co-executive producer on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” According to the suit, he was told by one executive that he was hired because of his experience with female casts. Most of the crew on “The Bradshaw Bunch” was female, and the NBCUniversal and E! executives who oversaw it were also female, according to the complaint.
