- Bill Mockridge is founder and director of the german improvisation theatre "Die Springmaeuse". In 1982, he and six young actors started making stand-up comedy in a local pub "Anno Tubac" in Bonn, Germany (former capital) - at noon. But they were extraordinarily successful; many famous german comedians and cabaret artists have performed there. Bill Mockridge continues to work there as well...
