Marie Muchmore was born on 5 August 1909 in Ardmore, Oklahoma, USA. She was a cinematographer, known for Muchmore Film of Kennedy Assassination (1963). She died on 26 April 1990 in Dallas, Texas, USA.
Muchmore was an employee of Justin McCarty dress manufacturers in
Dallas, about four blocks from Dealey Plaza. She sold her undeveloped
8mm film of the Kennedy assassination to United Press International for
$1,000 on November 25, 1963. In her initial interview with the FBI ten
days later, she denied taking any pictures of the assassination scene.
She was reinterviewed by the FBI after a frame enlargement from her
film appeared in a commemorative book published in January 1964.
