An official YouTube channel dedicated to the classic sitcom The Munsters and the franchise it spawned was launched three years ago, and as the years have gone by a whole lot of clips from the 1964 – 1966 show have been added to that channel. But now Universal has decided to go ahead and share a couple full movies on there as well: The Munsters’ Revenge from 1981 and Here Come the Munsters from 1995. Not only can both of those movies be viewed on the The Munsters channel, but they’re both embedded at the bottom of this article as well!
Directed by Don Weis from a script by Arthur Alsberg and Don Nelson, The Munsters’ Revenge reunites original sitcom stars Fred Gwynne, Yvonne De Carlo, and Al Lewis. The movie shows us what happens when Mad Dr. Diablo sends robot doubles of Herman and Grandpa Munster to steal art.

"Hope I didn't wake the others..." "The others...?? There's nobody around for acres..." FilmFrontier Studios has unveiled an official festival trailer for an indie film titled The Veil, now playing on the festival circuit. Written & directed & produced by Cameron Beyl, this just premiered in his hometown of Portland at the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival earlier this month. Not to be confused with the 2016 horror film The Veil with Jessica Alba, or the 2021 Korean spy thriller series The Veil, this one is something else. Redemption gives way to a reckoning when a reclusive retired priest shelters a young Amish runaway in crisis, only to uncover a mystery that ties her presence to a terrifying encounter from his youth– and the bright aurora borealis that rages overhead. The little indie film stars Sean O'Bryan and Rebekah Kennedy. A "genre bending cosmic horror" that definitely seems like a good fit for the H.

"If they find you here, they'll kill ya." IFC Midnight has released a trailer for Rust Creek, an indie survival thriller from filmmaker Jen McGowan which premiered at the Bentonville Film Festival earlier this year. The film is about an "ambitious, overachieving college senior" who is heading to a job interview, but makes a wrong turn and ends up stranded deep in the frozen Kentucky woods. She is forced into an uneasy alliance with an strange loner with "shadowy intentions", while trying to survive and find her way back home safely. The cast includes Hermione Corfield, Jay Paulson, Micah Hauptman, Sean O'Bryan, Daniel R. Hill, John Marshall Jones, and Jeremy Glazer. This looks very much like a Kentucky woods thriller, exactly as it sounds, with some twists & turns to go along with the survival. Not sure if it's any good though. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Jen McGowan's Rust Creek,...

Cal (Tim Roth) is at a Lovematch Connections singles mixer and this was a funny opening to the show so far, as we don't know why he's there. As he's also single he may be on the look out to meet other women, but we also know that's not really his forte. Also his heart really lies with Gillian (Kelli Williams). He pretends to be a furrier to ward off the woman who feigns to show an interest in him, more like his Brit accent (which she mistakes for Irish!) He meets another woman and asks if she was in a hotel room what would she order, chocolate cake, strawberries or warm honey. (The answer being obvious.) She's flustered and walks away. Gillian calls telling him about the wife killer, Eric Matheson (Garret Dillahunt)who is on the run and the FBI are searching for him. Cal then meets another...

Two old ladies in a thrift store open boxes to reveal dismembered body parts. Nick (George Eads) arrives on the Cs with Sara (Jorga Fox) this time and not Ray, (Laurence Fishburne) as is the norm; who is busy with his own personal issues. Det Frankie (Katee Sackoff) tells them his head and foot were found. Sara admits to shopping at this thrift store, as they have some good things. Sara doesn't find any leakage in the boxes and Nick believes the rest of the parts must be in the boxes. They were dropped off by a truck on a pick-up route. Nick wonders how much the killer thought the Db was worth, "times are tough." That was the supposedly funny line. Nick takes Gloria (Tracee Ellis Ross) to see Ray who's conducting an experiment with Hodges (Wallace Langham). Nick comments he looks more like "Dr Dre than Dr Ray.

Last night, NBC aired the final two episodes of their mystery-thriller series, Persons Unknown. The show revolves around a group of people who wake up in a small town and must figure out how to survive and escape. The cast includes Chadwick Boseman, Lee Purcell, Jason Wiles, Andy Greenfield, Daisy Betts, Tina Holmes, Alan Ruck, Kate Lang Johnson, Sean O'Bryan, and Gerald Kyd.
NBC waited until summer to air Persons Unknown; a time when fewer people watch television and their isn't much competition. On Monday nights, it got very poor ratings, even for a summer show, and was consequently sent to the TV graveyard known as Saturday nights.
Remi Aubuchon, one of the show's executive producers, has said that the show was originally envisioned to have self-contained seasons but could easily run for multiple years. Based on the ratings and their treatment of the...

The peacock network recently premiered a new mystery series for the summer called Persons Unknown. Will the series last? Will viewers get answers to their questions or be left hanging?
Persons Unknown revolves around a group of strangers who wake up in a strange hotel and find that they're in a ghost town and unable to leave. They see security cameras observing them and their unknown captors create mistrust among the group by offering freedom if they hurt the others. The cast includes Chadwick Boseman, Lee Purcell, Jason Wiles, Andy Greenfield, Daisy Betts, Tina Holmes, Alan Ruck, Kate Lang Johnson, Sean O'Bryan, and Gerald Kyd.
The NBC mystery series debuted on June 7th to very disappointing ratings. The premiere attracted a poor 1.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and just 4.38 million viewers. That represents a distant third place for the timeslot and is...

Traditionally, before the age of 500 channels, on-demand, Netflix and Hulu, broadcast networks used the summer months to rerun their hit programs' just-concluded seasons all over again. This made sense because 1) people like to enjoy the long days and beautiful weather during the summer and actually get off their couches for a couple months, and 2) even when people were watching TV, there wasn't much competition, so why not rerun something they've already seen. For the past few years, however, as competition has drastically increased and people are looking to save a little money by staying in a few nights a week, networks have begun to realize the potential of original summer programming. If someone is going to stay home on a Monday night in June, would they rather watch a new episode of whatever buzzed-about original program AMC is airing, or another rerun of Two and a Half Men (which wasn't...

Now that FlashForward has been officially expanded to a full first season fans can focus on the mystery at hand – and this week's episode, "Black Swan", looks like it has the potential to be explosive. The meaning behind that mysterious use of italics is just ahead.
It looks like Mark and Demitri have their hands on a particularly nasty perp. Why could this young man be stockpiling uranium? Is there a nuclear aspect to the event that caused the FlashForward, or does this nasty have something dirtier in mind? All of that and two more tantalizing tidbits below – including a clip with the so-far sadly underused Zachary Knighton. Black Swan airs Thursday, October 15th at 8:00pm/est on ABC.
"Black Swan" – Olivia struggles to accept Bryce's suggestion that a patient's flashforward holds the key to a correct diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, Demetri accuses Mark of waiting for the future...

Tony winner Christian Hoff has come aboard Fox's comedy pilot Hackett. Meanwhile, Annie Potts, Brendan Sexton, Sean O'Bryan and Jennifer Aspen have joined TNT's one-hour pilot Family Man, starring William H. Macy.
Both pilots hail from Sony Pictures TV.
Hackett, directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, centers on a bad-boy literary luminary (Donal Logue) who escapes his disgraced career teaching at Yale only to find himself among the ultra-PC ranks of teachers at an Ohio public high school.
Hoff will play the school's vice principal, a frustrated wannabe writer and Hackett's nemesis. The actor, who won a Tony this year for his work on Jersey Boys, is repped by Stone Manners Agency and managers Cirrincione & Associates.
Family Man, a co-production with Craig Zadan and Neil Meron's Storyline Entertainment, is a light drama starring Macy as unlikely criminal John Parker: a respected father and pillar of his community by day and the leader of a bickering gang of burglars by night.
Potts will play his wife.
