"Everyone's being mean, and I don't know what's going on..." Super Ltd has revealed an official trailer for a UK horror comedy film titled All My Friends Hate Me, marking the feature debut of director Andrew Gaynord. This premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival last year, and stopped by the London Film Festival in the fall. Pete is cautiously excited about reuniting with his college crew for a birthday weekend. But, one by one, his friends slowly turn against him. Is he being punished, or is he paranoid, or is he part of some sick joke? From co-writers Tom Stourton and Tom Palmer comes this dark comedy-horror mash-up for anyone who's ever experienced social anxiety and lived to tell about it. Terrifying! Tom Stourton stars along with Georgina Campbell, Joshua McGuire, Antonia Clarke, Charly Clive, Kieran Hodgson, Dustin Demri-Burns, Christopher Fairbank, and Graham Dickson. This looks utterly horrifying - have fun.

Brandon Heath is not who he was before — he’s a dad!
The Christian musician’s rep confirms exclusively to People that his wife Siebe gave birth to their first child, daughter Palmer Brown Heath, in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday, Dec. 15, at 4:49 p.m. She weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz., and measured 19½ inches.
“Siebe labored for 11 hours. Dr. Presley sat in a rocking chair for an hour and a half (it was the end of his shift), telling jokes and stories as they waited for the time to push,” the rep tells People.

Comic Book Reviews: DC Round Up Week 08-03-2016
When I first started writing reviews for Lrm I stated I would stick with all the DC Rebirth Issues until at least issue 6 before considering any to drop. So far, I’ve pleasantly been surprised by my complete interest in All the Rebirth Titles thus far! We are approaching issue 4 for most of the newly revamped series, with still many more trickling in that show promise. As the first “wave” of books get closer to issue 6, I’ll do a quick rundown on those series and try to help new readers choose which books might be best for them. Until then, be sure to sound off in the comments on how you’re liking (or disliking) the DC Rebirth!

Review: Aquaman has become a sort of love hate series for me in this DC Rebirth.

Kirk Douglas movies: The Theater of Larger Than Life Performances Kirk Douglas, a three-time Best Actor Academy Award nominee and one of the top Hollywood stars of the ’50s, is Turner Classic Movies’ "Summer Under the Stars" featured star today, August 30, 2013. Although an undeniably strong screen presence, no one could ever accuse Douglas of having been a subtle, believable actor. In fact, even if you were to place side by side all of the widescreen formats ever created, they couldn’t possibly be wide enough to contain his larger-than-life theatrical emoting. (Photo: Kirk Douglas ca. 1950.) Right now, TCM is showing Andrew V. McLaglen’s 1967 Western The Way West, a routine tale about settlers in the Old American Northwest that remains of interest solely due to its name cast. Besides Douglas, The Way West features Robert Mitchum, Richard Widmark, Lola Albright, and 21-year-old Sally Field in her The Flying Nun days.

Saga Volume 2, trade paperback, Brian K Vaughan, Fiona Staples, Image Comics
This is the first of two trade paperbacks I splurged on this week, though technically I’ve saved money by choosing to follow Saga in trades rather than monthly books. Saga is the uh, saga of a couple from opposing races in a galactic war who have eloped and made a baby. Word of Marko and Alana’s marriage has gotten out and mightily pissed off the leaders of both sides, who have sent various assassins to deal with what they see as an abominable union. The book is narrated from the future by the couple’s child, Hazel and kicks off with Marko’s parents teleporting themselves into the lives of the refugee family.
Brian K Vaughan is a brilliantly talented writer; Runaways is probably my favourite comic series and Y: The Last Man is similarly superlative stuff.
