His proof of concept, "Lawyers Gone Bad" (in collaboration with writer/director Julie O'Hora) is now in development as a feature film to be shot in Buffalo, NY. The movie is based on the life of Vincent Scarsella, who was the Chief Deputy Counsel in Buffalo's Lawyers Discipline Office for 18 years. The trailer was shot on April 8, 2023 in Buffalo with funds Tom and his partners raised on Go Fund Me.
