John Patrick Shanley, author of "Doubt" and the film "Moonstruck," will be premiering his play "Pirate" at Vassar and New York Stage and Film's Powerhouse Theater. Both written and directed by Shanley, the cast will include Bill Camp ("Coram Boy," "Heartbreak House"), Ivan Hernandez ("Yank!," "Romantic Poetry"), Charlotte Parry ("Equivocation," "Coram Boy"), and Michael Puzzo ("Killing Women," "Khartoum, Dirty Story")."Pirate" has been described by Shanley as a "theatrical tale of a guy who keeps showing up.
