- Ophelia Shtruhl was born on September 7, 1940 in Katuna, Romania. She was an actress, known for Lemon Popsicle (1978), The Angel Was a Devil (1976) and Free Man's Blood or the Sykariki (1970). She died on April 4, 2022 in Ramat Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel.
- In 1965 , she participated for the first time in the play "Blues for Mister Charlie" at the Bhima Theater ( Israel 's national theater located in Tel Aviv) , and after that she played in the plays "Peretz's Balls", " Anne Frank ", "Touch me with longing", "The Sunset", "Karin", "The Snow Angel", " Friends", "The Wizard of Lublin", and more.
- In 1971 she starred in the first Israeli horror film, " The Angel was Satan ", directed by Moshe Gaz , which was released in 1976 .
- In 2006 , she appeared in a solo show called "Ophelia Stories", in which she described her childhood and the various roles she played in theater and cinema.
