Himanshu Jangra scored for Delhi Fc in the 6th minute while Ramhlunchhunga equalized for Hyderabad Fc in the second half.
Both teams struggled to get going in the game because of the conditions as it was raining heavily. Delhi Fc seemed to manage the conditions well and as a result, took the lead in the 6th minute of the game.

New Delhi, May 26 (Ians) Delhi Fc were crowned the 2022-23 second Division champions with a 3-1 victory over Ambernath United Atlanta, here on Friday and secured promotion to next season’s I-League.
Last Sunday, Shillong Lajong Fc beat Fc Bengaluru United to become the first team to be promoted this season. At the end of the Final Round, Delhi Fc finished level on seven points with Shillong Lajong Fc but won the 2nd Division title on goal difference since the match between them ended in a goalless draw.
Ambernath United Atlanta, playing in their debut 2nd Division season, only needed a point at the Minerva Academy Ground in Chandigarh to win the title, but a brace from Bali Gagandeep and an audacious strike from Vanlalhriatzuala scripted a memorable afternoon for Delhi Fc.
The capital side had previously made it to the I-League Qualifiers Final Round in 2021 but finished third and missed out on the promotion.

Exclusive: Delhi Crime Season 2 showrunner and director Tanuj Chopra has signed with WME.
The deal comes following the launch of the buzzy second run of Netflix’s crime procedural, whose first season made history in 2020 by becoming the first Indian show to win the Outstanding Drama Series award at the International Emmys.
Chopra took over showrunning duties from creator Richie Mehta for the second run, which debuted on the streamer August 26 and is from Sk Global Entertainment, Golden Karavan and Film Karavan.
Previously an indie filmmaker, Chopra has written, directed and produced four grand jury prize-winning features including Punching at the Sun, a gritty movie about teens coming of age in post-9/11 Queens that was the first South Asian American film to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.
