Olivia Stewart's films both as Producer and as a Mentor/Script and Editing Advisor include THE LONG DAY CLOSES, THE NEON BIBLE, THE HOUSE OF MIRTH, BRASSED OFF, THE BROWNING VERSION, VELVET GOLDMINE; and, more recently, via her collaboration with the BINGER Film Lab Amsterdam and NFDC India, Scott Graham's SHELL (Best Film Torino Film Festival 2012); Ritesh Batra's THE LUNCHBOX (Audience Award at Cannes La Semaine de la Critique 2013, Best First Feature Toronto Film Festival); Kanu Behl's TITLI, Un Certain Regard Cannes in 2014; Kim Farrant's STRANGERLAND and Matt Sobel's TAKE ME TO THE RIVER, both at Sundance 2015; Gurvinder Singh's FOURTH DIRECTION (Chauthi Koot), Un Certain Regard Cannes 2015, Won Best Film Mumbai, Singapore and Belgrade Film Festivals, and Miransha Naik's JUZE, Hong Kong, Karlovy Vary and Mumbai Film Festivals 2017; and, Rima Das' VILLAGE ROCKSTARS, Toronto Film Festival, New Directors San Sebastian, Won Best Film, Audience Award, etc at Mumbai Film Festival 2017.
In 2014, on behalf of the Paddy & Joan Leigh Fermor Arts Fund, she set up the EYE PRIZE with the EYE Film Museum Amsterdam; in 2015, the PJLF Pangolin Prize - a 2-year sculpture residency; in 2016 she started the PJLF Three Rivers Residencies which offers writer/directors and a 1-month retreat to work with expert script advisors & the chance to present their projects at the Dubai Film Festival; and is also the Director of BellRock: Creative Scotland Screenwriting Workshops - now in its 2nd year. In 2017 the PJLF Three Rivers Residencies was expanded to include an Editing Residency.
She has been a Jury member for the Locarno, Fajr, Asiatica, San Sebastian Film Festivals & is a member of AMPAS, BAFTA and EFA.
