Catherine Tate's Nan Taylor has returned as Holby City's worst ever patient in a Children in Need sketch.
The actress is seen being rushed to the fictional hospital with her grandson Jamie, played by Gavin & Stacey's Matthew Horne. Watch below:
Nan continues to act the difficult patient and causes havoc, as part of the BBC's annual charity fundraiser.
Holby City regulars Chrissie Williams (Tina Hobley) and Chantelle Lane (Lauren Drummond) look after Nan, but she is left unimpressed with Chantelle's service.
The soap's Elliot Hope (Paul Bradley) and Ric Griffin (Hugh Quarshie) also feature in the sketch.
