Ajay Rochester -- who hosted Australia's version of "The Biggest Loser" -- just had 1.5 Liters of fat sucked out of her body ... but first, she bellied up to a 1,000 calorie breakfast of bacon, eggs and hash browns.Ajay hit up Dr. Aaron Rollins Friday at Elite Body Sculpture in Bev Hills, and got something called an Airsculpt Laser Lipo -- a fancy name for precision fat sucking. In a passage published by Rochester on her Finding my Mojo blog, Pilakis wrote that she "didn't mind Ajay" when they first met on the show, but soon started to "form a less favourable opinion of her". Admitting that she "chose to jump on the bandwagon" and give Rochester "a hard time", Pilakis said that she soon saw that she had "underestimated her wisdom" during a heart-to-heart. Pilakis wrote: "She was receptive, calm, collected and above all - humble. It was from that moment that I decided to jump off the bandwagon and stand in Ajay's corner for a while." She added: "I have so many great memories with Ajay... what a trooper. She got up every morning at 5am to work out in the privacy (more)...

Ajay Rochester has revealed that she doesn't feel ashamed of her body. The 42-year-old Australian television presenter, who used to host weight loss reality show The Biggest Loser, said that she would like to lose a bit of weight but shouldn't feel any "shame" about her size because life is too short for negativity. Rochester wrote on her blog: "One of the biggest lessons I learned was life goes on, no matter what size you are, so live your life to the fullest. Happiness begins within, and it is only when you get happy on the inside that you can be happy with your backside. "It's not that I want to stay 'fat' forever, or as I prefer to call myself, 'curvalicious', but this is the point I am making - no woman should feel shame about herself or her body. I'll be blunt: I'm fat right now. I'd love...
