- Edgar Vetter started work at Winads productions in Wardor St. London. At the outbreak of the Second World War he joined the British Trasnscription sevice (which later became the BBC) as a war corrispondant. Later he left the BBC to start his own business - Studio 22. The business provided sound recording for a number of short films and advertising. During this time he also worked as a freelance sound recordist on the films and television programs listed on the IMDB page, working for Canadian Broadcasting and the Hammer Studios. He was one of the founders, along with V. C. Clinton-Badderley of Jupiter Recordings (poetry recordings) and also worked with Freddy Bradshaw to form Leomark Recordings (New testament modern English translations). In his later career he teamed up with John Cape to form Edgar Vetter - John Cape Ltd. which recorded tapes for use in examination and dubbed sound onto film at Nascreno House, Soho.
