Cy Walter was born on 16 September 1915 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. He was an actor, known for Three's Company (1950). He died on 18 August 1968 in New York City, New York, USA.
He was a popular pianist, closely identified with the Drake Room of the now-defunct Drake Hotel in New York, where he performed off and on from 1945 until his death. His listeners included Cole Porter, Jerome Robbins, Tennessee Williams, Marlon Brando, Noël Coward, and Arthur Miller. From 1945 to 1953 he was also a regular on network radio, performing weekly on a series called "Piano Playhouse".
