Kanye West has won a copyright theft court case after citing Frederick Nietzsche as his defence. The rapper has been taken to court for supposedly plagiarising Vincent Peters's song 'Stronger' in his song of the same name, after Peters gave a cassette tape of the track to West's manager John Monopoly. NME reports that the 'All of the Lights' rapper has won his case, after a judge rejected Peters's claims. Judge Diane Wood claimed that the songs did not sound similar, and agreed with West's lawyers' assertion that both songs were primarily influenced by the work of German philosopher Nietzsche, who coined the phrase featured in both songs, "That does not kill us makes us stronger". From Wikipedia. U.S. Supreme Court justice John Paul Stevens, 89, announced today that he will be retiring from the court this summer! He has sat on the bench for 35 years, since Gerald Ford appointed him in 1975. Brad, you’re so hot! Why are you hiding it with that beard?!
Brad Pitt has spent the better part of the fall growing out his ghastly goatee, debuting a full 4 inches at the Invictus premiere in NYC on Dec. 3. “It kills his whole look,” says Diane Wood, Master Barber for men’s grooming brand, King of Shaves. “The style of his beard is definitely intentional too. You can tell he takes the time to shape the sides of it and make the lines straight there,” she adds. “What those intentions are, I don’t know. Maybe he’s starting a biker gang with all his kids,” Diane jokes.
So, what can Brad do to clean up his goatee look? Diane suggests he visit a barber where he can get a special hair dye to cover only 40% of his gray hairs so it looks natural but more polished.
