- Belinda Corpuz is a Filipina-Canadian, Toronto-based actor, musician, singer/songwriter and composer.
Belinda was born in Manila, Philippines and grew up in Scarborough, Ontario. At a young age, she started her training in the arts, including private music lessons in piano, voice and theory, as well as acting with local youth theatre programs like Toronto Youth Theatre and Randolph Young Company. She graduated from Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts with honors. Belinda has studied with Cindy Tanas, and Jane Moffat at their respective coaching studios in Toronto.
Active in Toronto's theatre community, Belinda has developed new works with notable companies in the city including Factory Theatre, Soulpepper, Studio 180, Cahoots, and more. - She is a part of renowned indigenous artist Tanya Tagaq's album, Retribution, as part of The Element Choir.
- Belinda holds a BMus in Performance - Jazz Voice from the University of Toronto-Faculty of Music.
