Google will demo the Fantastic Beasts virtual reality experience at the London event on December 6.
Speakers from Google and Sony have joined the line-up for the Vr Creative Summit.
Google Daydream’s head of content and business development Greg Ivanov and the director of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s immersive technology group Simon Benson are the latest additions to the programme at the event, which is being organised by Screen publisher Mbi.
Google will also be demonstrating its latest Vr experience, which has been developed for the release of Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them, at the event.
Ivanov is part of the team responsible for the web giant’s forthcoming Daydream View, a Vr headset and controller which will complement its more mainstream Cardboard offering.
Meanwhile former Formula 1 simulation engineer Benson, who joined Sony 16 years ago, heads up a team responsible for bringing immersive experiences to the PlayStation games console.

The Daily Telegraph was guilty of “gravely inaccurate, unfair and offensive” language in headlines about asylum seekers who arrive in Australia by boat, media watchdog the Australian Press Council has said.
The ruling from the Apc used unusually strong terms to criticise the Tele, which published the finding today.
The complaints related to a story written by chief political reporter Simon Benson and published in November last year. The front page story was headlined “Open the floodgates, Exclusive: Thousands of boat people to invade Nsw”. The story then began: “Thousands of boat people will be released into Sydney’s suburbs as the government empties detention centres.”
Further articles inside the paper were headlined “Open the floodgates” and “Detainee deluge for Sydney”.
The newspaper argued that the words were not accurate or unfair and that readers could decide for themselves whether they were appropriate after reading the stories.

3D was a big part of the Sony E3 presentation this year, and "Killzone 3" will be at the front of the pack as far as titles they'll use to sell the PlayStation 3's display capabilities. Going forward, though, Sony wants developers to be careful with their resolution choices and are thus limiting everyone to 720p for 3D in their official recommendations.
Games running natively at 1080p are even being scaled down in 3D mode, according to a Joystiq report citing Sce senior development manager Simon Benson, who spoke at the Develop conference this week. Though 3D movies in 1080p are perfectly acceptable and the PS3 can handle them, Benson explained, frame rates on games can suffer at 1080p 3D, forcing users to experience gameplay at less than the 60 frames per second that are possible at 720p.
For those with exceptionally high standards for graphics resolution, this news may come as a disappointment,...
