Sarah Ann Boughton

Sarah Ann Boughton is a London based musician and composer who pioneered as the first jazz violinist to attend The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Since moving to London, she has been awarded a masters from the School of Oriental and African studies, specialising in Cuban and Brazilian folk music, and later went on to study composing for screen at the prestigious National Film & Television School, where she gained experience in writing music for fiction, documentary, natural history, games and television entertainment. Sarah has also composed and orchestrated commercial soundtracks for the company Rush Music Ltd., whose clients include Peroni, Cancer Research UK, Care Africa and Vax/Hoover.
