Filmmaker David L. Cunningham (The Seeker) has launched the first ever transmedia content accelerator in the state of Hawaii, where he was raised. Launching in June, the Global Virtual Studio (Gvs) Transmedia Accelerator will highlight startups with IP that has wide commercial appeal for their program, which will grant $50K in seed funding and mentorship to six selected companies. Eligible IP must be owned by companies based in Hawaii and be applicable to least three separate potential revenue generating platforms. The accelerator is a joint effort between global transmedia co. Gvs, private investors, and the state’s Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, the Hawaii Strategic Development Corporation, Hawaii’s Creative Industry Division, and the County of Hawaii. New NCIS season 11,episode 4 intense spoilers & clips hit the net. Last night, CBS dropped the new spoilers and sneak peek,clip (below) for their upcoming "NCIS" episode 4 of season 11. The episode is entitled, "Anonymous Was a Woman," and it appears to be very intense and drama-filled as Gibbs and Mike Franks get heated with each other, and more. In the new "Anonymous Was a Woman" episode, the murder of a woman ,impersonating a decreased soldier, will lead Gibbs to an Afghan women's shelter ,formerly championed by Mike Franks. Gibbs and McGee will end up, traveling to Afghanistan, and a murder case is going to eventually lead them to an Afghan women’s shelter that Mike Frank’s secretly supported for years. Guest stars are going to include: Muse Watson as Mike Franks. Episode 4 is scheduled to air on Tuesday night, October 15th at 7pm central time on CBS.

Diane Haithman is contributing to Deadline’s TCA coverage. NCIS executive producer Gary Glasberg said after today’s TCA panel that actor Muse Watson would be among those returning to the long-running series for its 200th episode airing February 7. Watson portrays retired special agent Mike Frank, Gibbs’ (Mark Harmon) mentor. Glasberg was coy about whether other guest stars would return but confirmed that Lauren Holly will not. He said, “Just watch the show, there will be surprises.” During the panel, Glasberg elaborated on that 200th episode, “Life Before His Eyes,” which concerns a “pivotal moment that Gibbs faces” and will look back at key moments throughout the 9 years the show has been on the air. He also said the episode would bring back “familiar faces, old faces.” Glasberg and cast members including Harmon also did not say how long the show could run.
