Jeffrey Carter(III)

Starting as an assistant cameraman on filmed commercials in Chicago in the early 80s, Jeffrey Carter worked on large budget, national productions. His visual sense and ability to create unique compositions lead director/cameraman Stan Mijka to hire him to film in-camera effects and animations on Super-8 film for TV spots advertising local radio station WLUP.
Moving into corporate and broadcast video production in the 90s, Jeffrey created one of the first mobile AVID video editing systems, which took a cargo van to move around (which can now be done on a laptop).
In addition to providing camera work for networks including HGTV, Discovery Channel, and others, he was DP on a feature documentary, "Blind Eyes Open."
