Television actress Vaishali Takkar, who died by suicide at her residence in Indore on Sunday, was about to marry a US-based software engineering in December. She had also made elaborate plans for the wedding shopping and hosting a party after the Diwali.
However, Vaishali took the extreme step on Sunday after she was reportedly harassed by her neighbour, who is currently on the loose.
Television actor Vikas Sethi and his wife Jhanvi Rana shared a great bond with Vaishali. Taking to ETimes, the couple opened up on their last conversation with Vaishali.
The couple said they had spoken to Vaishali two days before her death and shared that she was all set to tie the knot with a California-based software engineer named Mitesh.
Jhanvi said she had called the late actress for financial help. Jhanvi was told by Vaishali that she had plans to come to Mumbai for shopping and...

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to turn a year older on the 2nd of November. Actors wish King Khan all the luck in the world!
Aneesha Madhok: Shah Rukh Khan is a success because he knows how to love! I think that the King Khan was born to spread love and people fell in love with his romance on screen. From what I see, he’s a wonderful father and husband. I respect him for making his kids get educated at reputable universities. His son was at my university in Los Angeles. The University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts was in the University of Southern California, where I went too. Om Shanti Om is my favourite film. I first saw it when I was 11 years old and since then I’ve been re-watching it from time to time. A very happy birthday to the smart, humorous and talented Srk.

TV actors talk about how they are taking care of their mental health in the current scenario of corona scare?
1)Amrita Prakash- I'm constantly working on my mental health as much as keeping my physical health in check, through this time. I think they're both interdependent. I plan workouts for my mental health as well. I read a lot and also write articles and stubs to create enough stimuli to keep my mind engaged and active. Also, I'm using this time to nurture myself, my family and my home. I cook every day, clean the house, tend to my garden, play games and spend time with my parents.
2)Sanjay Gagnani-?? We humans tend to ignore mental health and only concentrate on physical wellbeing.?Without good mental health, we can't?be physically strong. Good mental?health comes from happiness, so do all the things that keep you happy. While everyone is under self-quarantine,...

Ramayan, Circus, and Mahabharat have made a comeback on screen, and we are loving it. Here are the other shows which these TV actors wish would come back.
Amrita Prakash:?I think we had some beautiful shows on television in the 90s. There are some wonderful shows that I have grown up watching and performing in, which influenced me as a performer and a person.
I feel blessed to have been part of television during its golden age, in the late 90s and early 2000s- with shows like 'Rishtey' and 'star bestsellers' - which were completely story-centric. As opposed to the Trp-centric storyline we have today, back then every story was spun and told so beautifully, with performances that moved the soul. How I wish we would only bring back these shows to re watch but also to remake. I miss being a part of that wondrous era in Indian television.

Owing?to the Covid-19?pandemic, Film/TV shootings across India stopped till March 31. Here?s what these TV actors have to say.?
Sharad Malhotra
Film/TV Shootings have been stalled due to the Covid -19 pandemic, but this is the best decision that has been made keeping the current scenario and people's safety in mind. Yes, there will be financial losses for individuals working in the TV and film sector and especially those getting paid on per day basis. The TV production houses who work daily to churn out episodes will also face the wrath along with film distributors and film production houses will also incur huge financial losses in the days to come. Indeed, this is a very challenging phase physically, emotionally mentally and economically for the entertainment sector.
Vikas Sethi
I think it's a great move by our chief minister. It's for the safety of everyone who are working on the sets.
