As a writer, Christopher has written for such companies as Alliance
Atlantis, Edge Entertainment, Corus Entertainment and Telefilm Canada.
Along with his writing partner, Robyn, he is developing a feature for
Shadow Shows (for award-winning director Bruce McDonald - Hard Core
Logo, The Tracey Fragments, Pontypool). Genie nominated director, Jim
Donovan, is attached to two of their projects. His original romantic
comedy screenplay with Robyn that was developed with the Harold
Greenberg Fund, The Best Man, is in production with Germany's Phoneix
Film under producer Gerd Koechlin (Rambo V, 16 Blocks, The Black
Dahlia, The Matador). A valued Instructor at Toronto Media and Film
College, Christopher has taught Screenwriting, Film History & Theory
and Production.
Christopher also produced and directed both in the commercial and documentary sector for over 10 years. In this capacity he has worked successfully for Ford, Casino Niagara, Simmons and Microsoft among many others. Recently, he directed a short feature comedy, White Elephant, that premiered in West Hollywood and will be shown on the Movieola network. He was also the producer of an investigative news program that aired on Global Television that featured location segments on the lasting effects of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, as well as an award winning segment on Canada's first domestic terror trial.
