Lisa was born and raised in Florida. Her parents worked diligently as
entrepreneurs to give her and her siblings a good life and ample
opportunities towards a better future. She grew up living with her
extended family (grandparents, uncles,...) which enhanced the value of
family and tied her to her Asian roots.
From one sun shining state to another, Lisa has been involved in the
entertainment business for over 11 years. Beginning in the world of
theatre as a Stage Manager (BFA Theatre-Stage Management degree from
the University of Central Florida), she grew to love the arts. She
continued expanding her horizon by working with Universal Studios
Orlando as a show technician, Event Coordinator, and Stage Manager for
Halloween Horror Nights. Lisa relocated to CA in pursuit of a career in
film & television after being accepted into the DGA Training program
(graduated 2003). She presently works in the film/television industry
as a DGA Assistant Director.
