Noelle Ramsay was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She grew up dancing, performing in theater productions, and making short films. Three weeks after graduating high school, she moved to New York to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
Her early credits consist of short films made by her and her peers in high school. Because of her portrayal as Lyra Bishop in one of the films, Ilea, she received two Student Production Awards, often referred to as "Pre-Emmy" or "Student Emmy" awards, from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Her professional debut was on the short film Keepers of the Flame.
Noelle continues to perform in independent short and feature films. She is a curious artist, always questioning the world around her, and wants to engage in stories that may lead her towards finding those answers.
