Dana Ritzcovan is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for News Corp.
Ms. Ritzcovan joined News Corp in 2018 from UBS where she served as Group Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Global Wealth Management. In this role, she led the execution of all Human Resources functions for UBS Global Wealth Management across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to UBS, Ms. Ritzcovan was the Chief Operating Officer for the Strategy, Digital and Client Segmentation Division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Before that, she served in several senior Human Resources roles within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, including running the Human Resources Integration Office during the joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney.
Before Morgan Stanley, Ms. Ritzcovan served as Global Head of Human Resources at Navigators Group and as Head of Human Resources for Credit Suisse Asset Management Americas, where she led HR efforts around the integration of the acquisition of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette.
Ms. Ritzcovan earned a master's degree after earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. She currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Ms. Ritzcovan and her husband Alex live in the suburbs of New York with their two teenage sons, Evan and Adam.
