Born in Cardiff, Wales, where her grandfather was a heroic coal miner, Jennifer Collins was destined to make a mark in the creative world. As the daughter of renowned neurologist, author and musician, Dr. R. Douglas Collins and a British midwife and RN, Jennifer's upbringing was steeped in both art and science.

After spending her childhood in Berwick, Pennsylvania, Jennifer pursued her passion for acting in New York City, where she was first directed by Ellen Cannon in an experimental production of Camino Real. This experience sparked a fire that led her to Los Angeles, where she has continued to hone her craft under the guidance of esteemed acting coach Ivana Chubbuck. Ivana certified Jen as an acting coach and she worked in Ivana's youth program.

Jennifer has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as an actor, producer and voice artist with versatility and depth. Some of her award-winning film credits include: The Conjuring 2 (2016) - a chilling horror sequel, Starf*cker (2017) - a dark comedy that explores the highs and lows of Hollywood, Mama's Boy (2018) - a heartwarming drama about family and redemption, Robb's Problem (2020) - a gripping thriller that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats, and Culprit (2024) - Rich Ronant's crime drama as the lead character's mother.
