Sarah Huckabee Sanders banned the word “Latinx” from official use in the state government within hours of being sworn in as the new governor of Arkansas.

Pamela Brown has a new role at the network as chief investigative correspondent, joining the network’s investigative team after the death of Drew Griffin last month.
She’ll also continue to serve as CNN anchor, filling in on the network.
Brown has been anchor of the weekend primetime edition of CNN Newsroom and served on the network’s voting integrity team. She also served as senior Washington correspondent, breaking news about the January 6th Committee’s plans for criminal referrals and over former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows’ initial compliance with a committee subpoena.
Brown previously covered Donald Trump’s administration as senior White House correspondent, which included coverage of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. She also served as justice correspondent, reporting on the San Bernardino terrorist attack, the Charlie Hebdo attack in France and the Germanwings suicide plane crash in Germany.

Prosecutors intend to re-try Danny Masterson on rape charges, the Los Angeles District Attorney said Tuesday after a judge rejected the “That ’70s Show” star’s request for a dismissal.
Masterson’s first trial ended in a hung jury late last year when the panel failed to reach unanimity on any of the three charges of rape. The vote totals, revealed after a mistrial was declared, showed the jury skewing toward acquittal – so the Da’s decision to re-try the case with a new jury comes as something of a surprise.
An April 3 trial date was set, but it was agreed that prospective jurors would begin filtering in March 29. For now, Masterson is free, with some restrictions, on 3 million bond.
