Caroline Anderson Greelish was born the second of three children to parents Susan and James Greelish in Philadelphia, PA. She grew up in Nashville, TN and Charlotte, NC, where she attended Charlotte Country Day School and instantly fell in love with the arts.
Caroline began acting in school musicals, plays and local productions, as well as studying at The Actor's Lab, under renowned acting coach, J.D. Lewis.
After graduating high school, Caroline attended UNC-Chapel Hill, continuing her love of the craft as a Dramatic Arts major. She performed in multiple plays and short films during her time there. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit her senior year of college, Caroline returned to Charlotte, NC finishing out her degree remotely and began studying at Dortch Acting Studio under the well-respected actor and coach, Pat Dortch (as seen in Stranger Things, House of Cards, MacGyver, 24: Legacy and more). She soon signed with Monarch Talent Agency and recently won an award for the first short film she wrote, directed and starred in.
