The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been changed fundamentally, and it’s not because of what you might think…
In the years since the release of Avengers: Endgame, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been struggling. Unimpressive box office performance and lukewarm critical and fan response have plagued the superhero franchise that used to be one of the most reliable in cinema. But who’s to blame?

The Drake and Kendrick beef took a fun turn yesterday when everyone’s favorite God of War weighed in. Drake has a lot to worry about these days, so a call out from the Ghost of Sparta himself is the last thing he needs.
A series of fake reaction posts have come out on Twitter/X, and the most recent involves Kratos’ iconic speech from God of War 3.
The Fires Were Stoked When The Ghost of Sparta Weighed In
The fake tweet caught the ire of the Ghost of Sparta and he unleashed his rage at Drake.
In a post from Radec on Twitter/X, the popular rapper is shown watching in concern as Kratos pontificates to his father Zeus about his journey to reach him and his forthcoming revenge.
The sharing of this meme in relation to the ongoing beef is obvious, and over the past month, fans believe...

In the famed "Rick and Morty" episode "Pickle Rick", the mad scientist Rick (Justin Roiland) uses his bizarre scientific acumen to transform his body into a pickle. He initially claims that he conducted his weird experiment for reasons of study, but it's made clear right away that he turned himself into a pickle specifically to avoid going to group therapy with his family. His daughter Beth (Sarah Chalke) leaves Rick alone in his garage, taking the syringe of antidote that would transform him back into a human. Rick, not being able to move as a pickle, is batted around by a cat and knocked into a sewer. He manages to create locomotion for himself using his tongue on a cockroach's exposed brain. He is eventually able to construct gross, muscular limbs out of rat cadavers, as well as weapons and jet packs from other sewer detritus. Rick, as a rat pickle,...

I’ll be honest right up front and admit that I have never seen a single episode of Rick and Morty. I have completely missed out on this pop culture phenomenon. I know there are shades of Back to the Future to it, I’ve heard about Pickle Rick and the love of Szechuan Sauce. But I haven’t actually seen any of it. But I am familiar with the work of Claymation filmmaker Lee Hardcastle, who has made a lot of cool shorts, created the music video for the Gunship song “Tech Noir”, and contributed to the horror anthology The ABCs of Death. So it’s cool to hear that the Rick and Morty folks have teamed up with Hardcastle for a horror short that is going to premiere at midnight on Sunday, October 30th on Adult Swim. The short will then be available to watch on HBO Max the next day,...

Even if you've never seen a single second of the hit Adult Swim show "Rick and Morty," chances are you are at least aware of "Pickle Rick" -- if only because of pop-cultural osmosis. First introduced in the show's third season, Pickle Rick is the alter-ego of main character Rick Sanchez, used when he wants to avoid having to talk about his problems in therapy. Since the character's appearance, Pickle Rick has become ridiculously merchandised, including a line of pickle-flavored seltzers and a special Super Bowl collaboration with Pringles. For better or worse, Pickle Rick has become an inescapable presence in the world of "Rick and Morty," something show co-creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon never saw coming.
During an interview with Screen Rant ahead of the series' sixth season, Roiland confessed that the Pickle Rick mania caught him completely by surprise. "Every season's got its own different, crazy, behind-the-scenes story,...
