Cody Farkas is an actor from the Tampa Bay area, and has been performing on the stage and in front of the camera for over 8 years. He was born in Ventura, California in 2002. His father, Tibor, is from Budapest, Hungary and his mother, Terri, is from Leominster, MA. His family moved to Florida in 2005. Being exposed to the local community theatre at age 13, he has been performing ever since. He is best known for his roles at St. Petersburg College, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Stageworks, and Off-Central Players. His most recent shows have been Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead (Hamlet), Sunday In The Park With George (Jules/Bob Greenberg), The Mousetrap (Sergeant Trotter), Poirot Returns (Lawrence). The most recent role he has done was portraying John Lennon in the play Whiskey & Soda at Off-Central Players.
Alongside his years as a thespian, he additionally has experience with film as well. Most notably playing The Writer in the award-winning short film of the same name. He also has experience in P.A., Grip, Sound, and Second Camera Assistant, and First Assistant Director for multiple short films, commercials, and the horror feature film, The Inn.
