- Screenwriter, producer and director, he graduated from the International School of Film and Television (Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión) in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. His first movie "Tiempo Real" (Real Time), is a film made with no cuts, in a single take of 86 minutes, that opened a new category in the Guinness World Records TM being the first film with no cuts, one camera and no editing, in film history. Since 1991, he has directed around 20 independent short and medium films of fiction and documentary, produced as much in 35mm as in digital video.
