Jason Ramey(II)

Jason M.Ramey is a Film Producer, Stunt Performer/Choreographer, and Actor in the greater
Kansas City area. Originally from Raytown, MO, Ramey draws on a widely-varied wealth of
knowledge from sports, movement, military, and first-responder training throughout his career.
He is best known for his recent roles as Actor and Co-Producer in indie feature films The
Shutdown (2022) and Vengeful (2023).
Starting out in gymnastics at just 3 years old, Ramey's childhood led him to baseball, football, wrestling, and even up to professional/competitive dance from ages 12-22, specializing in tap, jazz, ballet, and break-dancing. In 1989, he was awarded the prestigious Joe Tremaine Scholarship.
As a young adult, Ramey saw further success as a performer and dancer for the Worlds of Fun Mark Wilson's Haunted Theater, Tivoli in 1986. He also worked as a choreographer and exotic dancer from ages 17-22. Ramey was once again recognized with the Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago scholarship in 1990.
By 1996, Ramey dove into a new passion for public service, enlisting as United States Air Force Military Police from 1992-1996 and then as a Us Army National Guard Combat Medic from 1996-2000. He then went on to join the Children's Mercy Security & Transport team from 1996-1998 and worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the Raytown Fire Protection District from 1998-2018 when he retired. He attended the Community College of the Air Force and also holds a degree in Fire Science.
After retiring as a first-responder, Ramey returned to his roots, landing a role as a performer at Worlds of Fun Haunt as well as Worlds of Fun Winterfest from 2019-2022 and also making his feature film debut in Chuck Brown Productions' The Shutdown in 2022. In 2023, he successfully completed Fire Stunt Training and Co-Produced and Co-Starred in Bobby J. Colemans feature film Vengeful, in which he showcased his abilities in canine attack-training.
Ramey resides in the Kansas City area as he prepares to launch his own stunt performance and coordination company. He is well known for being resourceful and dependable.
