- Matthew Pexa is originally from Cleveland Ohio were he got his start in entertainment directing/writing on projects which include "A Rock And A Hard Place" for the Cleveland Playhouse , the music videos "C-Town Killa", and "Left Hook" for Apex Entertainment. During these formative years he won a prestigious financial grant for his short story "A Sound For The Lonely". He also became a published writer via the National Library Of Poetry "Of Sunshine And Daydreams". While attending college on a academic scholarship Matthew served as director/writer/producer/editor/actor in two independent feature length films titled "Mixed Emotions"(award winner) and "Pressure" while completing his bachelor's degree in film from Bowling Green State University (B.G.S.U.). Matthew relocated to Los Angeles California after being selected for the prestigious University of Southern California's (U.S.C.) Masters Film Program. Matthew then enrolled in the Directors Guild of America D.G.A. Training Program were he was chosen for one of the highly selective positions. After completion of the D.G.A. Program Matthew joined the exclusive Director's Guild of America Union. From there Matthew began working in the entertainment industry as a Assistant Director on various A list Hollywood film and television productions.
