Ashraf E. Fagih (Pronounced: "Fa-geeh") is a Saudi writer, novelist and translator. He is one of the few notable science-fiction authors in the Arab states of the Persian Gulf.
First published at the age of twenty, he is currently noted for his writings in historic-fiction and mainstream culture.
Ashraf served as the head of programming in King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra); a leading film production house in Saudi Arabia. He was also a senior editor of Al-Qafilah cultural magazine. He has been an invitee to numerous events on creative writing and the literature of science, including Ithra's Tanween Creativity Season, Emirates Literature Festival and the World Science Fiction Convention (DisCon III).
