Actress Patricia Marand has died after losing her battle with brain cancer. She was 74.
The Broadway star passed away on Thursday at her Manhattan home.
Marand is best-known for her role as Lois Lane in the hit 1966 Broadway musical It's a Bird... It's a Plane... It's Superman, which earned her a Tony Award nomination.
She also appeared on Broadway in 1952 musical Wish You Were Here and was a regular on 1960s U.S. TV talk show series, The Merv Griffin Show.
Marand is survived by her husband, Irving Salem.
