theater, drawings and paintings, and what he loved most: writing. As he

project about Cinema History. In 1997 started to produce and direct his
first short movie, "Cinco Dias", which was shot in VHS. In 1999

Mario Carneiro, Silvio Autuori, Walter Goulart, and contemporary
screenwriters Jorge Duran and Paulo Halm, Rafael wrote several articles
about movies and started the production of his first full-length movie,
the documentary "Underground Rock" (that is still in production). In
2002 worked on three films: "Sexólogos Anônimos", "As Vozes da Verdade"
(directed by Pedro Neschling), and directed the psychedelic "O Diário
de Júlia" (that would be released only in 2004). In 2003, worked on
several films, including "Por Trás do Espelho", "Auto-Estrada", "225
g", "Mater Dei", "Atos Internos", and "A Testemunha". During this
period, being involved with the "Underground Rock" documentary, and
always in contact with the Brazilian music industry, worked as a
journalist to the "Let's Rock!" website and started writing a book
about unknown rock history events and people. Nowadays, Rafael Fracácio
