A fourth season of Easy Tiger Productions’ Doctor Doctor, the third series of Endemol Shine Australia’s Australian Ninja Warrior and the sixth edition of Esa’s Married at First Sight will screen on the Nine Network next year.
Among other shows highlighted at the network’s Upfronts in Sydney were the perennially popular The Block, season 8 of ITV Studio Australia’s The Voice and the second editions of Wtfn Entertainment’s Paramedics and Nine’s This Time Next Year.

Shelley Craft has revealed how much she is enjoying motherhood. The 35-year-old Australian television star, who has 10-month-old Milla with husband Christian Sergiacomi, said that her daughter is becoming a "little extrovert" as she is learning to talk. Craft and Sergiacomi recently relocated from Byron Bay to Melbourne to work on renovation show The Block and are enjoying watching her "grow" during their time there. Australia's Nine Network is getting ready for a ratings war. Bosses at the television channel hope that by bringing back reality makeover show The Block with a new format and extra presenter Shelley Craft, they can boost audience figures after a bad start to the year. From next week, The Block will go head-to-head against Home and Away on the Seven Network and Channel Ten's The 7pm Project in its primetime slot. Spokesperson for branding agency Fusion Strategy Steve Allen told the Herald Sun: "This is one of the toughest time slots to get people out of their viewing routine [but] our forecast [for The Block] is 1 million viewers." Scott Cam has revealed that he is very excited about this year's season of The Block. The Australian home makeover show, which began in 2003 and was taken off air but returned for a fourth season last year, has been extended and will now be on television screens five nights a week. The show's host Cam has announced that the programme will start with eight couples instead of four, they will be renovating houses rather than apartments and presenter Shelley Craft will be joining the series to host various challenges. Cam told The Daily Telegraph: "I think the show always had enough elements to go five nights a week and we missed out on a lot of great [TV] because we didn't have the time."

Various stars are set to mark the 21st birthday of Australia's Funniest Home Videos. The 90-minute, one-off episode of the comedy show will take place on Saturday, April 16 and will be hosted by regular presenter Shelley Craft.
