The Obama administration's chief reasoning for sidestepping congressional notification in the prisoner swap for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was concern over his deteriorating health. Nearly 10 years after the September 11th attack and eight years after President Bush draped a “Mission Accomplished” banner on the USS Abraham Lincoln, Osama bin Laden has been killed. In a very last-minute televised address at 11:35 p.m. last night, President Obama announced that the United States has obtained the body of the 9/11 mastermind.
