Connor Crossland is a senior executive in the creative industries, working for Ubisoft as their UK Corporate Affairs Manager (2022-present).
In this role, Connor directs all UK Corporate Affairs activity and engagement with senior policymakers and business leaders for Ubisoft's UK studios and entities. He is primarily focused on ensuring that the ideal conditions are in place to strengthen the UK's world-leading video games industry and support the next generation of young people entering the industry.
Prior to his work in the creative industries, Connor was a political consultant (2019-22) for clients that ranged from DeepMind, to Activision Blizzard, and Jaguar Land Rover.
With a background in politics, he began his career in the UK House of Commons (2015-19) as an advisor to several Members of Parliament. He read Politics at the University of Sheffield.
