I’ve got an entertaining fan-made short film here for you to watch today that reimagines the Super Mario Bros. and dark comedic parody of The Sopranos. It’s a very dark take on Mario and Luigi as it imagines the classic HBO series being set in the Mushroom Kingdom instead of New Jersey.
It’s an incredibly well-executed short and the impressions of the actors from The Sopranos like James Gandolfini and Michael Imperioli. The performances from Max Koch and Andy Dispensa help sell this short. This is the brief description of the short that was released:
Two Italians conduct day to day activities in their normal lives as Mobsters; it's all fun until someone slips up.
Super Soprano Bros. was written and directed by Ryan Constantino. I hope you enjoy it, but before you watch it, I also should warn you that the series is filled with vulgar Sopranos-style language.
