Struan Clay is a Film Editor based in London, known for his work on movies, feature-length documentaries and many other projects. He has edited several projects with Jake Scott including 'Oasis Knebworth 1996' (2021) a nostalgic look at the band's iconic 90's gigs and he was co-editor on Scott's 'Kipchoge: The Last Milestone' (2021).
Struan was Lead Editor on 'ABBA Voyage' (2022) directed by Baillie Walsh with whom he has worked on many projects, most notably his first feature, 'Flashbacks of a Fool' (2008) starring Daniel Craig. He also edited another Oasis documentary with Walsh, called 'Lord Don't Slow me Down' (2007) which followed the band on their world tour of 2004/5. In 2022 Walsh was asked by Kim Jones to create visuals for Dior Men's Ready to Wear Show at Paris Fashion Week which were edited by Struan.
Struan has edited countless Shorts, Commercials and Music videos over the years and is a Partner at Final Cut, one of London's leading Commercial Edit Houses. He edited 3 Chanel spots, directed by Joe Wright which starred Keira Knightley and one for Chanel No. 5 which starred Brad Pitt. After the success of these commercials, Wright asked him to be co-editor on Pan (2014) which starred Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund and Rooney Mara.
