In 2008, Bill partnered with Steve Passmore in founding Smalltown Pictures. Smalltown Pictures (Canada), is an award winning production company currently located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Bill's directorial debut was "Simple Crimes", a 11-minute short film he directed and produced which premiered on November 25th, 2006 at the Indie Can Film Festival in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Over the years, Bill has earned international recognition, accolades, and awards for his work. In 2019, Mr. Reilly was a recipient and named one of Niagara's Top 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards.
