Chris Mangano

Chris Mangano founded Mangano Movies & Media in Los Angeles, CA, in 2016 and is currently based in New York. Chris most recently produced the political dramatic thriller WHAT WE DO NEXT, written and directed by Stephen Belber and starring Corey Stoll, Karen Pittman, and Michelle Veintimilla. WHAT WE DO NEXT premiered at the 2022 Cinequest Film Festival and was released theatrically in March 2023. Chris also produced the thriller DON'T TELL A SOUL, written and directed by Alex McAulay, starring Jack Dylan Grazer, Fionn Whitehead, Mena Suvari, and Rainn Wilson. It was selected to premiere at the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival and the Deauville American Film Festival in France. The film was released theatrically in 2021 by Saban Films in the United States and by Universal Pictures Internationally. Previous to that, Chris produced "STANDING UP, FALLING DOWN," starring Billy Crystal and Ben Schwartz. It premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival and hit theaters in February 2020. Chris served as an Executive Producer on the horror anthology series 50 STATES OF FRIGHT alongside horror legend Sam Raimi (who also directed the series' premiere episodes), Gunpowder and Sky, and Diga Studios. Other feature film executive producer credits include; "THE POLKA KING" starring Jack Black; the comedy "PUNCHING HENRY" starring Henry Philips and J.K. Simmons; and "MATCH" starring Patrick Stewart.
