- George Olesky is an actor, writer, and educator based in New York City and Boston. He has appeared in works for Netflix, AppleTV+, Amazon Prime, ABC, FOX, CBS, and Starz. He has been an Actor in Residence at Media Workshops + College in Rockport, ME since 2018 under the mentorship of Allen Coulter, Karen Moncrieff, John David Coles, Peter Werner, Geary McLeod, and Wayne Beach, respectively. George has acted in nine plays by emerging playwright Matthew Gasda ("Dimes Square and Other Plays") since 2021. Further theater credits include Roundabout, Bedlam, Rattlestick, People's Light, Trinity Rep, SpeakEasy Stage, Epic Theater Ensemble, Dixon Place, Bay Street Theater, & A Noise Within. Olesky earned his MFA in Acting from Brown University/Trinity Rep where he was a recipient of the 'Brown in the World Grant' for a performing arts research fellowship in Berlin. He is a member of ADULT FILM, a Bushwick-based theater & film collective, where he premiered his solo work "Joan" in 2022.
