- He is a former American Football defensive end who played four seasons for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the St. Louis Rams from 1998 to 2000 and three games in 2003. He also played for the Los Angeles Avengers arena football team. He made the news recently by joining the military on March 10, 2006 and is currently waiting for active duty.
- He was drafted in the second round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the Steelers where he played three seasons, starting in eleven games in the 1999 season. He played in 31 career games, recording 20 tackles and no quarterback sacks. Pat Tillman's death motivated him to join the Marine Corps.
